Art is a seasoned financial services executive with over 30 years of experience on Wall Street as both a top producing institutional equity salesman and as a sales manager. Most recently he was an executive with Susquehanna Financial Group where he served as a member of the Senior Management team and as Head of Institutional Equity Sales from October 2009- February 2013. Art was also a leading producer and Head of Institutional Equity Sales at Merrill Lynch in Boston from July 1999- February 2007. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Art was Head of Boston Equities and the top producing sales professional at JP Morgan (April 1992-June 1999). He began his Institutional Equity Sales career at CJ Lawrence in April 1983 and became a Junior Partner after his third year. Art has an MBA in Finance/Economics from New York University and a BS in Finance/Economics from Fordham University.
During his sales career Art provided advice on Equity investments to some of the top mutual fund managers in the world and was involved in a number of Initial Public Offerings and Equity Capital raises. He built close relationships with several portfolio managers and analysts and is widely respected in the Institutional Investment world.
Art took a brief sabbatical from Wall Street from March 2007-September 2009,during which time he helped start Conversion Associates, an Internet based marketing firm where he also served as Chairman.
Art has been a Trustee of Thayer Academy in Braintree, Massachusetts since 2005. He is married with two children and currently resides in Cohasset, MA.

Most recently, Ed was Principal and Managing Partner at Exemplar Companies, a professional services firm with expertise in corporate law, business advisory and investment banking focused on mid-market mergers and acquisitions. He acted as strategic partner and trusted advisor to investors, owners, executive teams and corporate boards on a wide variety of business issues as he guided them through various transformative events such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged and management buyouts, reorganizations, corporate restructuring and other complex matters.
Ed also served as Managing Director at Revolve, Inc (an Exemplar Companies subsidiary). In this role he worked with early stage startups, entrepreneurs and leadership teams to accelerate growth through each phase of development. Ed often assumed interim leadership roles with portfolio companies as they moved to meet growth challenges and achieve benchmarks. His global management consulting experience and proven success as entrepreneur afforded him a unique perspective and insight into the issues and challenges faced by startup organizations.
Prior to joining Exemplar, Ed served as General Partner at P3 Ventures Group – a boutique venture capital firm, where he worked with portfolio companies on a variety of business and operation issues. In addition to assessing potential ventures, participating in due diligence and structuring investments, he was charged with ensuring the right talent was in place as high-growth portfolio companies prepared for major milestones – from capital infusion to mergers & acquisitions to IPO.
Earlier in his career, Ed was Founder and Sr. Partner at CyberQuest, a management consulting firm where he and his colleagues developed and executed innovative technology solutions and best practices that allowed client organizations to align strategy with business objectives. He also served as Managing Director at London-based Saville Holdsworth, the world leader in developing and validating psychometric assessment instruments for the workplace. He and his team built innovative, leading edge game interfaces on the front end of SHL instruments to help global companies select talent and build coherent teams.
Ed worked for the North American division of a Dubai-based multinational corporation and was a consultant with a leading global management consulting firm where he worked with multidiscipline global teams on pre- and post-M&A integration projects across Europe, Asia and North America.
Roy Bedard is a law enforcement officer, educator, security consultant and president of RRB Systems, International. John M. McGinnis, CPA, MBA
John McGinnis is a successful operating business leader with extensive manufacturing, service and software industry experience.
